Where are your care products made?
In France: they are formulated and made there, then checked batch by batch before being delivered to us.
How do you choose your other suppliers?
Against a specification: certified materials, social audit of the factory, regulatory compliance, approved samples and inspection before every shipment.
Why bottles without refills?
A bottle filled and sealed by our manufacturer ensures the product is exactly the one announced, with no handling at the hotel. It is replaced once empty and designed to be recycled.
Is the bottle recyclable?
It is designed to be: a single material, a pump without metal parts and a label compatible with recycling. The exact wording will appear on each label.
How does the credit for establishments work?
Each establishment receives its own QR code. On online sales made by its guests within 30 days of a scan, it receives each quarter a 10% credit, valid for twelve months on its orders.
Can we put our establishment’s name on the care products and objects?
Yes: care labels, engraved holder plates, engraved boards, trays and hangers, door signs, umbrellas, embroidered slippers and pouches. Every customisable product is marked in the shop; expect minimum quantities and longer lead times.
When does the online shop open?
